I've had an epiphany.
For the past year I've let something that should be a hobby take over my life. It's been a long time since I've hung out with friends just for the sake of hanging out, without the pretense of "cosplay workshopping".
I agree with Keita's "You're your own cosplayer". If you can do something, then do it, but if you can't, save it for later. If you don't want to do something, you don't have to do it. It's okay to not like something.
I do have respect for the series I cosplay, in all honesty. If I feel my craftsmanship isn't up to par yet, I probably won't try and tackle something. But I ov
